Redemption

Visit the KISNA exclusive store along with an aadhaar card or passport. Carry pan card if the single investment is 15000 and above. Customer can enroll in the plan by paying minimum Fixed Monthly installment of Rs. 1000 /- (Rupees One Thousand only) or above (in multiple of Rs. 500 /- (Rupees Five Hundred only). Customer may also nominate their dear one as a nominee to their KISNA - Meri Roshni Plan account by sharing details as mentioned in customer Enrolment Form along with Original Identity Proof of Nominee as stated above. How do I pay the Installments? Paying of installment is available at kisna.com or at any KISNA exclusive store

For example, if customer enrolls in the KISNA - Meri Roshni Plan on 5th of April 2022 then 5th of every month will be the due date for paying installments.

Changing the installment amount is not permitted.

Redemption can only be done at KISNA exclusive store/ kisna.com Redemption in form of cash or gold coin and Solitaire Collection is not permitted. PAN Card copy is mandatory as per RBI Guidelines, incase the Total Redemption Value is equal to or more than Rs. Two Lakhs (2,00,000) at the date of maturity. Total Redemption Value is equal to the sum of the Total Paid installment Value and the Be Value (only if all 10 Fixed Monthly installments are paid by the customer adhering to T&C) Partial Redemption of the Scheme is not permitted.

For example, if customer (A) enrolls in the KISNA - Meri Roshni Plan on 5th of April 2022 then 5th of 11th month (i.e. 5th of March 2023) from the enrolment date will be the Date of Maturity; or if customer (B) enrolls in the KISNA - Meri Roshni Plan on 10th of May 2022 then 10th of 11th month (i.e. 10th of April 2023) from the enrolment date will be the Date of Maturity.

If the installments are not paid on or before the due date, Total Benefit Value of the customer shall be reduced proportionately with respect to the number of days delayed.

If the customer defaults in any Monthly installment then KISNA - Meri Roshni Plan benefit will not be given to the customer. In such case, customer will be eligible for the Redemption amount equal to the Total Paid installments only

No additional benefits can be given.

Only if the customer pays consecutively more than 6 month installments and less than 10 month installments then the customer can redeem his/her total paid installment along with benefit of 50% of one month installment value.
