While visiting our exclusive store, kindly do carry copy of your Aadhaar Card or Passport. Also, do carry copy of your Pan Card, if your single month plan instalment is Rs 19000 and above.

You can enrol in the plan by paying minimum fixed monthly instalment of Rs 2000 (Rupees One Thousand) or above (in multiples of Rs 500 - Rupees Five Hundred).

Yes, you will receive the confirmation via Email, SMS and you will be provided access to online passbook (dashboard) to check your payments, status, instalments paid, due date, etc.

There are multiple online payment options like Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, UPI, Cheque, Demand Draft, etc.
You also have facility to pay in cash, at our exclusive store.

In such cases, you need to wait for 48 hours, as sometime there are server issues on payment gateway site.
After 48 hours if the payment is still not credited in your plan, then you are requested to contact us and send us your payment screenshot along with your payment issue details.

Due date to pay instalment is on monthly basis.

If you default any monthly instalment, then the benefit of your plan will not be given at the time of maturity.

Yes, if you have paid more than 6 monthly instalments or less than matured plan instalments, then you can redeem your plan for 50% discount benefit of the 1st instalment value.
E.g. if your monthly instalment is Rs 2000, then your maturity benefit discount (after matured months) will be Rs 2000 for diamond jewellery and your pre-maturity benefit discount will be Rs 500 for diamond jewellery.
Same way, if your monthly instalment is Rs 2000, then your maturity benefit discount will be Rs 750 for gold jewellery and your pre-maturity benefit discount will be Rs 375 for gold jewellery.

Yes, you can club 2 different plan, for your family members based on the written consent of plan holder, in whose name invoice billing will be made.

No, you cannot redeem your plan for partial diamond jewellery & partial gold jewellery.
You can redeem one plan entirely for only one product category i.e. either diamond jewellery or gold jewellery.

No refund or carry forward credit note or advance voucher will be issues in such cases.

You choose a fixed monthly amount (e.g., ₹2,000 or more) and deposit it every month for a ₹ specific term (usually 11 months Each Month Deposit Amount Convert Into Gold Gram). At the end of the term, you can redeem the accumulated amount to purchase jewellery from our store.

Each monthly deposit is converted into 24KT gold grams based on the prevailing gold rate on the date of payment.

  • Step 1: Add up total monthly contributions (e.g. 2,000 × 10 = 20,000) ₹
  • Step 2: Add eligible bonus (e.g. 2,000 for Diamond, 1,500 for Gold) ₹
